We hold information in secure cloud-based storage and within the Mercury Nexus platform provided by Connective. We employ rigorous digital security measures including multi-factor authentication (MFA) and password protection.
Will we disclose the information we collect to anyone?
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We may need to provide your information to our credit licensee for administration and supervision activities, or to contractors who supply services to us. We may also provide your information to others if required to do so by law.
Disclosures to overseas recipients: Some recipients to whom we disclose your personal information may be based overseas, including countries such as the Philippines, India, and Nepal.
We may use your contact details to send you direct marketing communications relevant to the services we provide. You can unsubscribe at any time by notifying us.
How can you check, update or change the information we are holding?
Upon receipt of your written request and enough information to identify the information, we will disclose the personal information we hold about you.
